I do sometimes eat liver with onion gravy and mashed potatoes as long as it is good quality lambs liver fresh from a butcher, cooked right it just melts in the mouth.
Kidneys?, yack, tripe?, yack, hot dogs? yack, I will eat sausage but I only eat more expensive high end brands, I never eat cheap sausages or frozen ones, yack.
My wife makes haggis once a year for Burns night which is more to do with tradition, I don't mind haggis as long as there are some tatties and neeps to mix it up with.
