So some fuckwit hit my car yesterday

So today I took the car to the shop. Waiting on Enterprise for the rental car. They take forever getting there and i sign all the papers etc and the guy goes and says, "Sit tight a few minutes while I sanitize your car." I asked him why wasn't it already done and when was the car last used?
he says it was used a week ago and was sitting since then. Seriously? Then he has the nerve to tell me his clients will always tell him if they were in contact with anyone with the virus. Seriously? I asked if he truly trusted that and he says, - get this - "My clients don't lie to me."

OK NOPE. Not taking this car. I go to find him and he's nowhere to be seen. I call his main office and tell them the above. The girl said she cannot believe what he said. I waited for him so he can take that thing back. He pulls up and the car is simply soaking wet with half the bottom of the car full of mud and dirt, windows wide open. Am I to believe that a rinse with a hose and open windows is disinfecting a vehicle? I wouldn't even get within 10 feet of it and told him I'm refusing the rental. IF I need a car I'll just go through the insurance and use the Enterprise by me as they know me and know not to fuck with me. I was spitting nails.

Now tomorrow I have to call the shop to let them know the bullshit the rental agency using their space is pulling. Someone needs to be read the riot act.
