OY! So tomorrow is the scheduled "work" to be done on the car. Snow was predicted for today so the shop called me early and asked if I can get it up there before the storm starts this afternoon because they had a cancellation and can get her inside today for the work tomorrow. That was a plan I already had in motion. Go figure, once I got onto the parkway it started snowing very heavily. My tires have zero grip under 40ºF. It was a tricky 30 miles and by the time I got to my destination it was really bad. I got to the driveway and at 15 MPH I went in sideways while the antilock brakes were engaging. WHEEEEEE! Fun times.

I'll never get used to those stupid things. It freaks me the hell out feeling that in the pedal.
