I managed to get to the hotel room for the race this time. It was a great race. for a couple of seconds coming out of that last turn I thought he was going to have some competition, but he easily pulled away. He did this with ease.
I don't think there will ever be another horse like Secretariat though. He was a freak. I would be surprised to see any other horse in history beat his own time every 1/4 mile!
