It has extremely low mileage for a 2011. Based on 6 years (since it just turned to 2018) it's only averaged 2,500 miles per year.
It looks like it was damn sure garage kept. I think it was a nice weekend-local-car shows-OMG there's a dust speck on the roof-never saw rain-the garage is 72 degrees and humidity controlled-here wear these Tyvek bootie shoe covers in the car situation.
I used to work in the reconditioning bay of a car dealership back in 1978/1979 and I know the difference between recon and baby-kept and this one looks like it was baby-kept.
If you go look at it in person, the biggest tell is the pedal pads. Look to see if there is 1. Any uneven wear and 2. evidence of dirt/dust/discoloration/cleaning marks in the grooves. Absence of them would be either a baby or replaced with brand spankin' new (but those would have a dull almost sticky look).
