I am redoing my bathroom and it also had glue everywhere behind the shower wall behind the tile on the walls etc. I used a heatgun to soften the glue and it came right off with a large putty knife. Half is done on the tub side. Now I will be tackling the opposite wall where the sink and the toilet is. At least the hard stuff is done. But the lino is stuck to the floor really good. I must have told myself 10 times that I should have taken a week off to do this.
And I should have rented a dumpster.
