So, just talked to the auto body shop. Really nice guys. I wanted to make sure they got all the rust spots before Frank gets those stripes on there. They said it's oxidation not rust as the hood is aluminum. funny, looks rusty to me.

Frank couldn't find his invoice for the stripes to get the exact same ones. Good thing for bank statements and adding comments! I was able to narrow it down to the exact date he put them in and when I got the check from the dealer so he can see when he ordered them. That's a 3 week window

The body shop said the car will most likely be there until mid week next week
They're at Frank's mercy. I suggested that when they talk to the dealer that they see if they didn't do the wheel repair yet if it's a good idea to send the car back to them to have that done while waiting on the stripes to come in.

I really want my car back for the weekend.
