Actually this piece of land is about an hour away from me. There is nothing but trees and bushes there and lots of state owned forest.
I should build a campground or something there.

Put a simple open one room cabin on it with a wood stove for both heat and cooking and an outhouse nearby.  VIOLA!  Instant hunting camp!  Also good for summertime relaxing if you add a picnic table and fire pit with a cooking grate out front.

I've thought about that over the years, another lawn to mow, another roof to fix, another shack to take care of. Then I'd get bored with driving down there and pissing away time I should be doing something around home. Also the mosquitoes around there are so big they can stand flat footed and fuck turkeys.
