Epoxy putty is good for damn near anything. Not sure if that tank stuff is formulated the same but it looks similar.

I've used it to make whole replacement parts. With a little sanding and proper paint it's great for fixing ceramic figurines, or using as wood filler, car body repair, just about anything really.
