The old fuck next door finally cut down his tree that was poisoning my garden 
He did have a little prodding from me. Left a letter in his mailbox after several attempts at knocking on his door to no avail. Found out from the girl across the street he's hard of hearing. No shit! When I walked over to knock on his door I could hear his TV blaring before I got to the edge of my own property.
