Has Snowpocolipse arrived yet?

Nope. Should start around 2-3 AM here. Snow totals for my are changed again. 2-3 inches by the water now with a rain mix. I'd rather have the snow.

The map in motion is clockwise, which is good. If it changes to counter clockwise, forget all forecasts, all bets are off on snow totals everywhere.

DC looks like it's going to get hit the worst with predictions of 2 feet or more.

What I can't understand is how can any major city NOT have a set in stone plan that runs smoothly for these things? That snow removal plan should have been in place decades ago and the hardest part should be getting people to work overtime. Wait, NYC Sanitation workers make like $50/ hour. Pretty sure there is no shortage of people for the job!
