There is no court on Mondays, Fridays and holidays so they can work some days of the week. If they work over the weekend (as it may be in your store), they can work. So I don't see how compensating for 3 days a week will kill "you" (you being any similar employer). It's very rare around here that a trial will go 8 months anyway. If it does, I wonder if the court will compensate accordingly? Probably will I suppose.
