0 NYC is one of those area's you gotta be into that faster paced life style, if your not its just not the place for you. The reason I would never take up NYC as a prime residence is because I like space and privacy. That is almost non existent there and if it is available its at a heavy premium. A happy medium would most likely be a city like Austin Texas or living on the outskirts of Atlanta.
