Make missiles out of split paper clips and shoot him with them. Rubber bands are great little launchers and those things sting like hell.

They are brill' ammo. The trainee a year above me when I was in my first year would set rubberbands up over the shelf of the dispensary into the shop waiting area. She could get her bands to go miles! The manager or the cosmetic counter at least. The best I could get would be a waiting customer or the supervisor for the drugs counter.

Of course once this person either gets his promotion/come uppance/read the riot act/fired. Someone else will fill his boots, there is one in every work place.
