This guy was down between Cumberland and Frostburg, MD.
I stopped a young girl, she was maybe about 20 years old before she ran him over.
She was quite cool, she did not freak out, she also took his picture and gave him a wide berth as she passed him.
I flew right past him before I realized that he was not a stick.
