I do on a bicycle.

I once doubled the speed limit downhill in a school zone. Caught on one of those radar wagons.

My brother has/had (he was a real pain actually) a friend that cycled everywhere and he got caught speeding on the radar. He got stopped and because he used the 'I work for the council and I'm saving the environment blah blah.....' he got fined £60, like a car driver

His mistake was he decided to go to court and plead his case... then got charged court costs for wasting the magistrates time
