I'm against ANY means of the govt. or private firms which will allow them to dig into personal communications sans a warrant.
As is if there is a suspected attack they can go get a warrant to intercept relevant communications. This is part of the check and balance which prevents abuse (well at least it provides for legal backlash if the info is abused) by anyone.
CISPA circumvents that and so just isn't kosher as far as I'm concerned.
