This guy seems like an obsessive lawsuit addict lol, the sad truth about court though is truth doesn't matter. All that matters is only what can be proven or what jury or judge can be made to believe in the court.
Thats why when a defendant is truly guilty of murder or some real heavy crime their lawyers job as a defense is confuse the jury and put doubt in any evidence whether true or not. All cases are only as good as their lawyers.
