Well enough to get my breathing and heart rate up and my legs on the upper, outer thighs a little sore. It's a place to start anyway, I can use it while I'm watching hulu or something. A woman at another forum said she lost 40 pounds since March walking a mile in the morning and a mile in the evening. That's a huge weight loss, I'd be happy with 15 - 20.
