Get out of my head. I discussed this with Matt too. We're thinking of doing one of those solar deals so I feel a steel roof is a good idea considering all those panels will be installed on top of them. Easier to fix a solid sheet than multiple tiles.
I might be able to get them at cost if I have Matt ask my ex for the materials too. First I want to see if the insurance will cover it. I'm going to have to change sheetrock and get new counters inside too. I'm afraid to open that wall too... hot humid summer= mold.
