It's no statistical anomaly that a very high percentage of serial and mass murderers started out with acts of animal cruelty in their youth.
These little cowardly pricks need to be made an example of. Public humiliation should be in the mix for them somewhere in their punishment. Maybe we could pull out clumps of THEIR hair.
