I found him in a "give away" ad in the newspaper. When I was picking out a puppy nearly 12yrs ago, he was the only one that was a solid color or really looked like a lab. The others had some orange and other shit. His mother was a lab and the other half was a rottweiler a neighbor owned across the street. They were both good dogs from the looks of them.
Bear's nose is shorter than a regular lab's, his head is blockier, and he has more weight to him. I'll get a better photo sometime so you can see what I mean.
