I meant to say I bet they don't catch the bastard.
That poor kitten was going to die regardless. He lived but cement is toxic. Having sensitive areas buried like that allows the toxins faster access to take affect.
I've chased people with my car, pipes and other things when I caught them abusing animals. I'm a little desensitized too but since I've been out of having a farm for 10 years now, I don't see this kind of cruelty unless it's on TV. People who do this kind of thing to animals has a deeper evil in them and I wouldn't put it past them that horrible things to humans take place that have just not been discovered yet. It shows you the core of their soul.
Killing an animal for food or protection is one thing. Killing for cruelty is psychotic.
