Why not?
Eventually there would be enough solid matter to build roads on so that driving back and forth between Europe, the Americas and Africa would be possible. All this could be done without any street lighting due to the lovely radioactive glow! The save the whale, dolphin and other sea creature type groups would have less oceanic space to worry about and could concentrate on the Pacific. LANDfills would be a thing of the past with the advent of this massive SEAfill site.
