Where Am I?

This is indeed puzzling, if not Canada. Obviously this picture is above the Arctic Circle, and the buildings definitely look nothing like Russia.......unless perhaps brand new. Soviets never built anything that appealing. And it is not Greenland, for certain. And it doesn't look like anything from Iceland either. So I'm thinking Scandinavia perhaps?

It could possibly be somewhere in the Aleutian Islands, but that is still part of Alaska. I've been to Dutch Harbor before, and I wouldn't even wish that place on Tait.
