I use the stems, olive oil, garlic, oregano and Italian flavored bread crumbs to stuff mine. Drizzle olive oil on it and keep them moist while cooking and I can eat a whole tray full. I usually make the big ones - like 2" - 3" across for this though. They last a couple days depending on how hungry Matt is and how many I make.
