I see it a lot on stories where teachers were fired for being naughty by running a porn website on their days off, or just downright breaking the law by sleeping with students.
and by "it", I mean the comments from morons stating things like: "Hot damn! where were those teachers at when I was a kid?! I would had so hit that!" or even worse: "I really envy that kid! he's soooo lucky!!"
They don't seem to realize how creepy and stupid their comments seem to be. It's one thing to see those women as adults and have this fetish for sexy teachers seducing them.
But they don't realize that if they had literally been only 10-14 years old, they maybe wouldn't had felt the same way about those teachers. think about it-- when you're a young kid, you aren't exactly ready for a lot of things, and having sex with an older adult who you instinctively trust as an authority figure can fuck you up in so many ways.
it doesn't matter if the older adult is hot, attractive, etc... I think it still would hurt them more than they realize. also, even with the teenage hormones making guys horny I don't think every single one of them would be so eager to jump into bed with a teacher, espeically if they had strong enough morals to actually want their sex to be meaningful in relationships, and not just laying with every random chick/guy they see.
They would probably want to sleep with somebody who had actually something in common with them... like somebody who were the same age as them and liked the same bands. so then sleeping with some adult who were almost old enough to be their mom and had nothing in common with them, would do nothing for the kid at all.
so if they heard that this adult teacher slept with one of their classmates, I don't think their first reaction would be: "hot damn! I should had hit that!" but more like: "wow, didn't see that coming. isn't she the same age as my mom too? ewwwww....."
of course, there may be a few teenage boys who had crushes on their female teachers, who would had jumped at this chance. But to imply or even think that ALL teenage boys are salivating horn-dogs who doesn't mind being taken advantage of by manipulative older women is doing the male gender a disservice, and espeically belittling what male rape victims go though.
so for those reasons, I tend to think that such jokes are not only stupid and creepy.... they're just downright inappropriate.
