Thank you on behalf of Matt, Havoc. If he bothers logging in I'm sure he'll thank you himself, but just in case - I speak for him.
Last year we took a trip to the Intrepid Museum. Gunnen, if you're ever interested in that, take a look at the thread HERE. I managed a few really good pictures. We wanted to go back again this year because we got in late last time and didn't get the full experience without having to rush. Matt decided to work instead this year so we went out to eat for the sake of it.
It wasn't until maybe the last 10 years or slightly longer that we really didn't do much for our vets other than the ceremonies on the two holidays. Since this war in the Mid-east, our service men and women have garnered a lot more respect once they come home or their tour is up and they're out of the service. Sadly, the country doesn't do more for them after their out IMO. You guys shouldn't have to beg for VA services and there should be some perks given once you're out.
