Yea, I admit they had some attractive girls in there and it was interesting at first along with the interesting machinations of his reign and court. However, it began to repeat itself and I stopped watching really.

Game of Thrones was more my thing as it had the lovely girls, sex, in addition to Machiavellian political intrigues and warfare, not to mention other amazing things that become a turbulent adventure of the show. Rome was good, others were good, etc, etc. The Tudors, I dunno..

There are plenty of British shows and other programming that sadly never make it over here; instead we're stuck with utter junk.
