That Pontiac story should be a testimonial for MM if I ever heard one. I have mess with both but have no solid proof of anything great. I was filling the carbs with seafoam and letting it sit for awhile, draining them and then running it and every time it seemed to run just a little bit better. But in the end they still needed to come off and be blown out.
My $40 honda filter is a cleanable one, I figured the old one was original to 1982. I will probably not have this bike long enough to change the filter again. I used to run K&N filters on my KZ1000 back in the early 80's.
Hey, did you run that Pontiac motor after that, I mean put it in a car or something and drive it? How long did it last and how did it run?
