Well, mostly Allspice, cinnamon and ginger are tops in my spice cabinet but I'll see what I can dig up for you. That book I have should have a list. But you're not going to get it today

I don't know exactly what you're trying to describe but Tahini is a paste more like peanut butter than in a powder. I've never seen it in powder form but maybe they have it like that there now.
And I don't blame you with your attitude toward the Arabs - my family came here in the early 20th century to avoid the tyranny. We're fully American and they didn't even teach the kids to speak Arabic. You probably know more than me.
Look up my Tahini Cream Sauce over there and try that on your next burger instead of ketchup. Same with steak. You'll think you died and went to tastebud heaven.
