Philip redid the brakes for me and double checked the chain. Last time I can remember doing a chain was possibly in 1982 when Mark was away on a course with the Army, so you can see why I wasn't too confident.

he also washed my bike while he was doing his Fireblade. He sold it yesterday and wanted it looking good before the guys came to collect it. They can't come until next weekend now.
