Yeah, I was thinking the same thing about the CO2 cartridges. I just need to figure what size would fill my tire and grab a box of them to keep handy. I noticed there are several sizes on those things.
I've never over inflated a tire though - I've seen it happen to others with a regular pump... fucking thing will blow out an ear drum if you're not careful! I do have a small hand pump that will be handy for now.
Speaking of pedals - I hate mine. Goddamn clunky plastic ones. metal is better and metal does not tear apart my legs walking along side it. I may nick the metal pedals off the bike in the shed that Bobby gave Matt last summer.
