Yeah, that's the going rate for pet surgery. I think 90% of it is malpractice insurance.
If the moles don't bother her, I would leave them be. Goliath had some funky thing on his eye and it was like that for years without bothering him. It'd get a little goopy sometimes but it was nothing to take a tissue and wipe it clean.
