That's not a bad price at all. Does she always need her anal glands done or they just throw that in? I've never had to bother with any of my dogs with that, thank God! 
It's a gross and nasty job.
I'm not 100% sure but I think if they're not a problem they should be left alone. I gotta call the vet again for Mikki and see the vet Monday for Sofie so I'll ask, just for the sake of it
