It always amazes me that we (well most of us) live in states where snow happens on a regular schedule in the winter months and there are hundreds and, I may even be so bold as to say thousands, who think it's an oddity. These are the same imbeciles who go out in it, in a panic, with no driving skills or if they did, they flew right out of their heads, and cause all kinds of problems for those who understand the white stuff.
