Yeah but the Yorkie can't survive as an outdoors dog. They're not bred to be that way. His lifespan will be shortened greatly.
I don't know of any dog who didn't have a bit of fun in the snow but you leave them out in it for awhile when they're not used to it for long stretches of time, and you've got one cold doggie begging to come in.
