I've never in my many years of working on cars seen a clutch disc rust. I don't care whether its in a satly environment or not. I lived in Oceana Virginia in the Navy and had a car that had a stick and it never rusted. The clutch disc is made of fiborous material, just like a brake pad or shoe. It may have some bronze and or brass in it but that won't rust either. I'd say merry old England needs to up the anty and upgrade the motorists autoparts, by cracky! Two pennies on an OLD post!
