I won't even read it because I'm an ignorant arrogant American and think that if you will eat a dirt pie you deserve a dirt pie.
Everything down there was shit before this earthquake, anything we send them is a step up, don't send them anything they will never know the difference, like an animal in the zoo, born in the zoo, die in the zoo, it's all they know.
If they would even try to better themselves it would be a different story, but they don't they just stand there with a hand out, kind of like half of our own country.
