Mikki knows how the cat flap works. Another indication she was chucked out to be forgotten. We have one that is locked going to the basement. She wants to go down there to hide or chase crickets.
Today she decided that under the dishwasher was a good place to hide. I just spent the last 45 mins looking for her. I tried turning on the machine to scare her out but that didn't work. She's unflappable with the noise. I had to pull the thing out from the counter and poke her with a stick to get her out. I hope she doesn't learn to like it there. I'll have to rig up some kind of block then. My cabinets/counters are up on legs, not sealed up across the bottom like others.
