Good grief.....I handled 648,000 eggs today! Delivered a load of frozen egg patties to start then went and picked up 900 cases (324,000 individual eggs) of "cage free" eggs in Ephrata. Took those to our storage facility and I offloaded them, then I reloaded a different batch of 900 cases to take to our processing plant in the morning! 4 1/2 hours of egg unloading/re-loading.
Hmmm.....I'll have to take a few pics so you can get the scope of what that many eggs actually looks like.
