For all the bike riding I've been doing and the swimming and not pigging out on junk food (except for the [occasional] ice cream I ride off at night), I haven't lost a friggin' pound either. WTF? I ride in the hottest part of the day too, and humidity is usually around 80% or higher here all the time. It sucks getting older. I need something to boost my metabolism but I just can't figure what.
