Nothing like a threatening letter from our new member

Turns out our newest registrant is the administer of Mock! "arsehole" AKA Kevin Hannan has sent me a letter trying to be slick with me when I demanded that my credits be put back, pay me my removal fee or find a new theme.

What is wrong with these people? The hostility is absurd.

Dear Sirs,

You have recently made contact with "Mock Forums" (www.mockforums.net) demanding payment
for a skin you say you have created.

I shall be handling this matter on behalf of "Mock Forums" and any subsequent communication by you
or your representatives to "Mock Forums" must be made only to me. Failure to do so may result in a
complaint of Harassment to an appropriate Law Enforcement Authority without further notice to you.

In the first instance I shall need to see a signed copy of the original contract. You may send me this
via email in the first instance within five working days otherwise we shall consider the matter closed.
In the event there appears to be a valid contract, I shall need to see first-hand either the original signed
contract or a copy with a sworn affidavit that an official third-party has seen the original (i.e. Law office official).

My reply:

Oh I see we're going to play this game.
Frank (middle finger) owned the site when I had done two full weeks worth of work for him. If you hadn't deleted my account there (The Antagonist) You could go back and see all the posts regarding the work I have done.

I have no signed contract. I have a verbal contract from Frank and I have a list of Skype conversation history made between me and Frank when said work was done. Frank giving the site to Elisabeth does not negate said contract.

Hostility toward me is ridiculous. Whatever animosity Duchess has toward me is certainly not reciprocal. In fact, she's a member in good standing on one of my sites for a couple of years now. Other than the nonsense that went on between me and Frank, I don't know what the problem is there with me or the need to delete my membership. I assure you I have no intention of visiting the site as a member. Threats of harassment is a bit extreme, don't you think?

I have copies of the theme.
I have copies of your old database.
I have copies of artwork done for the site.

You can check with Elisabeth (Duchess) that I have done such work and I hope she does not pretend ignorance on this.
I hope this information will do. Would you like copies of the databases and stuff?
I can also give you old admin login info that was to access the servers when Frank had the site. They are defunct now, of course.
