Puppy farms are banned here. If one turns up the breeder goes to prison. No messing!
There was a puppy farm in Norfolk last year. It was on the TV. Poor animals, over worked bitches, terrible conditions in the barn. Then they showed the house and it was full of cats and kittens! The garden had guinea pigs, I think Jilly brought that news up, 200 need homes!
Some were too neglected to rehome.
