Damn, you're right. What if someone needed an ambulance! I can see regular delivery trucks, taxis and other "non partying" vehicles on the road trying to get through.

I've done some wild partying in my past but this is just too weird. I think your idea of a big park is good. I just don't see the appeal of the road jams!
