Um, the slug on the thing (on it's left on the leaf) does not help in making that look appetizing.
I love mushrooms but not every one of them. That thing looks rubbery, chewy and tough and it does not look like it will lose the slime in cooking.
OK as I was just about to add that I can't stand Shitake mushrooms, Matt walked in and says, "Oh that's a morel! Those are the most delicious mushrooms! You should try it." He also said that it does not have any of the bad qualities I described above.
