Gm has a New CEO who claims the American car company will Raise to its once Mighty Throne.

Well why not? Everyone KNOWS that the government can run car companies better than the private sector. They build superion cars that EVERYONE wants yto buy at VERY low retail prices! Just look at the USSR built Zaz. It's almost as impressive as the Yugo!

Why wouldn't GM rise back to the top producing such stellar machines?
