Anyone feeding Iams or Eukanuba cat and dog food needs to check the labels on THIS PAGE for the food and the batch numbers on the labels.

Salmonella has been found in some of the dry foods and this is one of the things that can be passed from animals to humans and vice versa.

I should put up the food and pet food recall feeder again. I had one up ages ago and one on the cooking forum too. You'd be surprised at all the stuff constantly on that list.

Yeah I checked mine. What I feed isn't on the list.

Iam's is slick these days too. check the weight of the "flavor" you buy. Hairball and weight control cost the same as the original and they gyp you out of pounds.

Sammie is the only one we feed any Iams product to but it's the canned chicken pate' kitten food which is not on the recall list. WHEW!

Mine wasn't on the list either.
Julie and Chloe would have been happy to switch over to special kitty for awhile to wait out the recall.
