Yeah, but that was only after Apple allowed it to become open - after 5 years of milking the market on them. We'll see what they do with this one.

Apple doesnt allow anything, it just gets smuggled. Alot of apples parts are produced by foxconn in poor counties like india or financially struggling areas in china and such, employees for a few extra dollars take the tech and it gets smuggled to these black market manufacturers they either get the specs and blue prints to the actual device or they reverse engineer the early samples.Even better foxconn owns sister manufacturing plants and will produce the same product under nonsense names and such.

I know this for a fact because one of the owners of a business in my shopping center does iphone screen replacement on the side, he told me how there is a plant in japan that produces apples iphone retina displays to the manufacturers specs and sells them for a few dollars.Its part of organized crime markets, lawyers and patents dont mean anything when mafia is willing to kill anyone that interrupts business.

Yep and most of the clothes you're wearing are made in third world sweat shops filled with children.
It's the way of the world and has been so for many years.

What's funny is there is now a Microsoft store in the mall. Twice as big as the Apple store. There were literally, 5 people in the store. Apple was crammed shoulder to shoulder with people. They need a bigger store or go two levels.

I got the 4s I just never used imessage it says waiting for activation though.

You have to enter your Apple ID and it should turn on.
I'm having a real hard time getting my iPod Touch to connect now. grrr.
