0 I can't see a picture but going by the replies I assume someone used lighter fluid to seat a tire? I've used it and used starting fluid (Ether) to do the same thing too.

0 Thats how we used to do it too. Only when we would break the tire down we used a bumper jack, a word not used much any more, and the flat plate we would keep nice and close to the rim and jack up the car. Using a plank is easier but if your'e stranded you can't do it that way.
